KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)

This role will be a ommon point of contact of Supporting sales team to help resolve customers queries related Italiana Ferramenta Products
Should be pivotal in outreach of key communication collaterals like Pricelist, Product Brief, FABs, Training presentations to customers

KEY RESULT AREAS

• Excellent understanding of Furniture Industry & Hardware industry. Complete understanding of Italiana Ferramenta Range of product & their installations
• Specifying the Italiana Ferramenta products to the our existing customers and the new customers (Industrial / Manufacturers / OEMs)
• To be on shop floor for majority of time along with customer’s shop floor carpenters to train them the new way of installation and ensure their understanding of every technical detail of Italiana Ferramenta Hardware
• Understanding of competition products and their installations and creating a comparison of positives for Italiana Ferramenta products to be submitted to Product Team
• Customer reports, sampling reports, Specified Products and ongoing updates to be made for every account who buys Italiana Ferramenta Hardware.
• A separate report of Failure of specification for any Italiana Ferramenta products
• Coordination with Product Team, Design and Implementation team and Training team for displays & exhibitions

ROLE REQUIREMENT

1.    4-8 years of Experience preferably in Furniture/Hardware industry
2.    Technical Background 
3.    Diploma in Civil/Furniture/ Wood Industry/ Skill India certification would be preferred
4.    Excellent understanding of Wood Working & Hardware Industry 
5.    Proficiency in English both written and communication
