KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)
Prospect for new franchise business owners by networking, cold calling, advertising or other different sources of generating interest from potential franchise business owners and evaluating the franchisee prospects, so that right partner will come on board.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Identify the Franchisee in his/her region and maintain continuous pipeline of the prospects from different sources
- Present the Hafele Franchisee model, different Business opportunities with ROI to the prospective partners and convince them to come on board.
- Evaluate the franchisee prospect on given parameter so that right partner will come on board, work closely with Sales team for their input.
- Catchment analysis to be done to evaluate market potential.
- Responsible for New Franchise Signup's
- Site visit and closure
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Below listed are the tasks and responsibilities specific to your position.
STRATEGIC
- Identify the Franchisee in his/her region and maintain continuous pipeline of the prospects from different sources
- Present the Hafele Franchisee model, different Business opportunities with ROI to the prospective partners and convince them to come on board.
- Evaluate the franchisee prospect on given parameter so that right partner will come on board, work closely with Sales team for their input.
- Catchment analysis to be done to evaluate market potential.

- Site visit and closure
OPERATIONAL
1. Lead generation for franchisee prospects
- Co-ordinate closely with Sales representatives to get leads
- Identify different source to get franchisee lead in the region
2. Evaluate prospective partners
- To speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and business
- Present and explain the franchisee models and Policies.
- Evaluate franchisee & fill franchisee feasibility report and other forms for prospective partners
- Catchment analysis of prospective partners
- Negotiate and convince franchisee on Hafele franchisee Term and Conditions
- Prepare franchisee proposal and present to senior management for final approval
3. Signing of franchisee Agreement
- Preparing the franchise agreement along with the HO Team
- Negotiate and get the final agreement signed from approved franchisees
- Collect the agreement and security deposit from the franchisee
4. Coordinate with different department
- Publish periodic status report to all concerned stake holders
- Coordinate between prospective franchisees and internal department during fit-out period for any conflict resolution
5. OTHER INPUTS/REPORTS:
- Maintain and publish the status report periodically
- Analysis of existing franchisee sales
