KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)
To monitor and manage sales team in the respective region for Projects and Hospitality Vertical and properly assigning the sales representatives to grow Projects and Hospitality business. The job also involves managing and identifying new customers in the assigned Region.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Achievement of Regional Sales target of East including Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh (both Retail & Project Business).
Business Development in the assigned Region & other 3 countries - Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh (both Retail & Project Business). Nepal 2 PP, Bhutan 1 & Bangladesh (Tilottoma, (TL) Gulshan Showrooms, Hatirpul 3 Showrooms
New Customer development in the Region including Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh (both Retail & Project Business).
Identification of Project Partners and generate regular business from them
Identification of new Interior designers and Interior contractor to generate business
Develop annual sales plan of the Region in co-ordination with Business Heads
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGIC
Create the Regional budget of East, Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh in coordination with Business Heads – Projects and Hospitality.
OPERATIONAL
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
To initiate, buildup, and develop successful customer base in East Region, Nepal, Bhutan & Bangladesh.
To manage Key accounts personally and establish long-standing relationships with Key customers in the Region.
To work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that all Sales strategies are effectively implemented and executed on ground.
To monitor competitor new product introductions, sales strategies, pricing etc.
CHANNEL MANAGEMENT:
Create relationships with all project developers and maintain/ sustain healthy relationship by giving timely service.
Competency Mapping in terms of Financial position, reach and business Growth of interior contractor.
Monitoring live project report on month on month basis before submitting to Business Head.
To focus on Secondary Sales through architects and interior contractors in order to generate demand.
To update the customers about all new product releases of the company as soon as they are released.

SOLUTION TO CUSTOMER QUERY:
To ensure that all customer complaints are immediately handled by the Sales/Technical Team.
Resolving conflict and driving smooth solution among other verticals.
BILLINGS AND COLLECTIONS:
Ensure proper billing to customer, DSO should not exceed 30-45 days. Manage the collection process so that receivables are accrued within the prescribed time frames
OTHER INPUTS/REPORTS:
To provide feedback about the product demand, market trend, product quality issues to the Product Management Team
To send database of the customers to the marketing department to ensure updated mailing list at the Head Office.
To submit consolidated Monthly activity reports for each Region to the Business Heads
DEVELOPMENTAL
Identify new Projects and Interior Contractors & Channel Partners.
Continuously review sales performance data to identify issues/opportunities. Develop and execute action plans to fix issues and improve sales processes.
Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales team. Ensure 100% appearance in Monthly Assessment Test & achieve more than 90% score.

Order Processing - For orders processing smoothly on time
Finance - Payment collections, Follow-ups & updates AR regularly
Product Management - For customized product availability, Product Defect etc.
Estimation - For costing, EPCG, quotations etc.

Hotel Owners/Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, PMCs & Project Partners - Relationship Management
ROLE REQUIREMENT
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION Graduate + Post Graduate
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION M.B.A
CERTIFICATIONS ( IF ANY) -
EXPERIENCE > 10 Years
AGE >30 years
ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Good industry knowledge
Good negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and people management skills
