KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)

This role will be responsible for handling all kinds of on-site requirements and coordinate the same with the reporting manager to ensure a glitch free flow of processes and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

KEY RESULT AREAS

 

  1. To visit sites to take measurements and keep record of the same
  2. To possess accurate knowledge and communication skills to interact with clients on site as well as showroom.
  3. To attend all the trainings assigned, learn about new products to be able to install them and give appropriate guidance required at the site.

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC

 

  1. To visit sites to take measurements and keep record of the same
  2. To possess accurate knowledge and communication skills to interact with clients on site as well as showroom.
  3. To attend all the trainings assigned, learn about new products to be able to install them and give appropriate guidance required at the site.

OPERATIONAL

  1. To maintain records of site visits
  2. To check for issues in the functioning of products from time to time of the showroom
  3. To submit accurate measurements to the Designers taking into consideration the details mentioned by the Clients/Designers.
  4. To give installation demo to carpenters at site and
  5. To ensure smooth functioning of all the products and installations at the Showroom

OPERATIONAL Cont..

DEVELOPMENTAL

  1. To work closely with designers of other regions of the respective showroom
  2. To keep oneself updated and well trained on the installation of the new product range

ROLE REQUIREMENT

 

1 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION SSC / HSC
2 PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

4 EXPERIENCE 2 – 3 years
5 AGE 25 years and more
6 ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
