KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)
The key purpose of the job is to provide professional and timely trainings to Internal team and channel
partners.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1 To conduct trainings for internal sales staff.
2 To conduct trainings for franchisees.
3 To ensure adherence to the allocated training calendar.
4 To maintain accurate training records and statistics.
5 To support Reporting Manager with training initiatives.
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC
1 To contribute towards training enhancement.
OPERATIONAL
1 To conduct product training franchisees as per training calendar.
2 To ensure training reports are sent to Reporting Manager after every training session.

To conduct periodic training need analysis and knowledge checks to understand gaps

To prepare competition analysis and market visit report and submit it to Reporting Manager on
monthly basis.

To maintain accurate personal training records and statistics:

• Products Covered in the Trainings
• Types of Trainings

1 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION Graduate

trainer
5 AGE >28 years
