KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)
• To partner with Business Heads and assist them in taking key Sales & Financial decisions (including but not restricted to pricing policy, scheme management).
• To analyze and highlight to the Business / Management on various financial parameters such as sales / profitability / inventory / prices/ variances/ DSO/ DIO impacting business profitability
• Use Business Intelligence tool (Qlik) for automated reports, analysis, train various users and work for automated reports and integration in the system.
• Ensure budgeting & planning process of the organization.
• To generate periodic MIS and any adhoc analytics requests
KEY RESULT AREAS
1 Reporting and monitoring of stock turn, sales and gross margins of slow moving stocks with Detailed analysis and highlights. Analyze variance in WAC and landed cost and initiate communication for

2 To ensure complete and accurate reconciliation of MIS figures with Accounts; timely and correct
reporting of Sales and Margins to Stakeholders and reporting of detailed analysis on daily and monthly basis.
3 To ensure circulation of Vertical wise MIS reports and perform Sales and Gross Margin Analysis and P&L analysis and intimate the stakeholders about the key highlights
4 To Ensure complete control of Sales and Margins along with proper accrual management.
5 To be involved in pricing, costing and profitability calculations for various products and in planning the budgeting process of the organization and also individually for various verticals.
6 To ensure financial reporting and analysis for ad hoc reports from Management as and when required.
7 To render development of Systems and Processes to ensure Standardization and automation of reports through Qlikview/ Qliksense and other BI tools.
8 To circulate DSO reports and ensure detailed customer wise DSO analysis for HIN & HSR and follow up regarding action points.
9 Initiate, assess, prepare and review sales schemes assisting the business in accelerating sales.

STRATEGIC
BUSINESS FINANCE CONTROLLER
Budgeting & Planning • Partnering with Business team in Annual Budgeting & Planning process.
• Help verticals in Business Forecasting
• Periodically analyze the variances and provide suggestion with areas of improvements.
Product Mix & Pricing • Driving product mix & pricing decision in coordination with Business heads to ensure meeting of financial targets of Business vertical
• Keep updated on change of underlying condition of pricing and recommend needs for changes if any.
Business Performance • Analysing Business performance and Highlighting impacts,
• Discussions for corrective actions & controls on key business parameters
CORPORATE FP&A
Responsible for Budgeting & Planning process of the organization and also individually for various Cross Functional Team
Responsible for Pricing and Profitability calculations for various products
Discuss the analysis with Management & respective Business heads to ensure timely achievement of Origination’s goal.
OPERATIONAL
1 To Prepare & circulate various scheduled reports to the management – Stock Liquidation report, Scheme reports or various reports needed by Finance department, WAC Analysis
report, Slow moving report
2 To Prepare the monthly business MIS report – Sales/Gross Margin/Stock turnover/DSO/Devaluation summary/Regional P&L analysis – sales vertical wise, product category wise, region wise with analysis on variances and movements, i.e. location wise,
product wise, customer base wise
3 To discuss and explain the analysis to various Business heads and the management and
follow up for actions
4 Accrual management of verticals. Ensure proper allocation of costs and sales on daily basis.
4 To Adhere to the data requests by the management and provide the required information
timely to facilitate decision making
5 To be Involved in Budgeting & planning process of the organization and also individually for
various verticals
6 Involvement in pricing, costing and profitability calculations for various products

1 To monitor interface of data flow between SAP and Qlik to generate automated reports and development of dashboards for analysis in coordination with IT dept.
2 To Train business verticals on usage of Qlik and development of business reports for analysis.
