KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)

To drive the end-to-end Project management lifecycle of software development by coordinating with Business team and development partner. Automate manual workflows/processes in Digital tools.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1    To co-ordinate and monitor the progress of Multiple projects, Test use cases of software as and when modules are delivered
2    To analyze user requirements and prepare the business requirement document
3    To manage all the applications being used in organization, Responsible for the technology initiatives at group companies across Business applications
4    To manage and support SAP Interfaces
 

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC

1    To analyze user requirements and prepare the business requirement document
2    To achieve organizational strategies while implementing new projects
 

OPERATIONAL

1    To co-ordinate and monitor the progress of a project. 
2    To monitor functionality development for application
3    To coordinate with Business team and Software vendor 
4    To review development according to timelines
5    To gather user data from each subsidiary, maintaining the users
6    To get translation done by each subsidiary
7    To coordinate with IT for technical requirement.
8    To Test use cases of software as and when modules are delivered
9    To Test the application and ensure smooth functioning of the same
10    To report bugs to vendor
11    To follow up on reported bugs and issues
12    To review the Performance testing and submitting the Report
13    To manage and support Integrations between multiple business applications
14    To analyze user’s query
15    To resolve at 1st level and explaining application use to user
16    To coordinate with vendor to resolve the issue or new requirements. 
17    To coordinate with ERP development team and business team to create SAP Interfaces
18    To monitor automation of data transfer of SAP to Business application
19    To test the interface delivered by ABAP developer and business application 
20    To analyze the root cause of the issues in applications
21    To manage the user creation and deactivation
22    To train users
23    To manage all the applications being used in organization, Responsible for the technology initiatives at group companies across Business applications
24    To understand the Business requirement for new development or change in existing application
25    To evaluate the efforts shared by Vendor and Negotiate to reduce the efforts wherever needed
26    To suggest workaround instead of new development
27    To provide the master data
28    Technical Evaluation
29    To evaluate new technology and tools as opportunities for innovation and development excellence
30    To ensure management of service vendor relationships to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery, and support 
31    To circulate Stock report, Managing Master Data for Business application
32    To create Departmental SOP document and helping team to create their process

1    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION    Bachelor of Computer Science
