KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)
The key purpose of the job is: to manage the marketing communication sub-function under the brand communication function. This person will be responsible for managing the external marketing agency as well as internal team of content writer and designers in terms of the communication and content strategy.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1 To collaborate with the marketing agency to plan (online) content buckets for each Hero-Hub-Hygiene Campaigns
2 To effectively calendarize the communication calendar for the year and track progress
3 To collaborate and assist in strategic marketing offline campaigns
4 To define, along with the agency, the content strategy for blogs, social media, websites, E-Commerce etc.
5 Create sales presentations and videos
6 To manage the resources
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGIC
1. To collaborate with the marketing agency to plan and calendarize the content buckets for each Hero-Hub-Hygiene Campaigns
2. To study customer insights through agency reports and internal dialogues to develop engaging content
3. To assist in strategic marketing / company-related online and offline campaigns
OPERATIONAL
1. To actively engage and provide feedback to the external marketing agency on the submitted creatives/designs and content
2. To review, edit and update content for the company website and microsites (including FAQ sections), GMB pages and blogs
3. To create and review E-Commerce content for A+, Brand Store and Media Ads
4. To prepare brand related write-ups / key notes as required
5. To enable content creation for branding, newsletters, showroom launch packages, newsletters, certificates, EDMs, advertisements, special projects etc.
6. To manage content creation for product packaging and user manual
7. To create sales presentations

ROLE REQUIREMENT
1 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION Master’s in business administration
2 PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
3 CERTIFICATIONS ( IF ANY) Optional - Photoshop, Digital Marketing
4 EXPERIENCE 5-7
5 AGE 30-35
