KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)

KEY RESULT AREAS

 

  1. To ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
  2. To attend walk-in customers and providing them exceptional customer service.
  3. To provide technical support to customers and resolve their queries.
  4. To ensure achievement of sales target (Only related to Showroom)
  5. To suggest dealers and channel partners to clients

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC

  1. To ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
  2. To attend walk-in customers and providing them exceptional customer service.
  3. To provide technical support to customers and resolve their queries.
  4. To ensure achievement of sales target (Only related to Showroom)
  5. To suggest dealers and channel partners to clients

OPERATIONAL

  1. Responsible for smooth functioning of the showroom.
  2. Responsible for generation of Sales through Walk-in Clients.
  3. To discuss the details, features, general product information with the customers and potential buyers.
  4. To attend walk-in customers and providing them exceptional customer service.
  5. To make quotations for architects and end customers as per their requirements.
  6. To provide technical support to customers and resolve their queries.
  7. To maintain and develop customer relationship being the Single Point of contact.
  8. Responsible for achievement of sales target (Only related to Showroom)

OTHER INPUTS/REPORTS:

  1. To maintain Daily sales conversion report
  2. To submit Walk-in and Sales reports on Weekly/Monthly basis to the Reporting Manager
  3. To ensure daily updating of report file with respect to Walk-in customers, B2B, Architect and designers
