Driving digital transformation initiatives, managing business application projects, and ensuring seamless integration of systems.

Expertise in business intelligence (BI), vendor management, cloud technology, and strategic planning of digital initiatives.

Establish data management and data privacy/protection in the organization.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Monitor the progress of the portfolio of business applications and update the stakeholders
2. Oversees the BI function, manage a team of developers, drives the BI strategy, and ensure organizational goals are met.
3. Manage digital operations within SLA
4. To manage and support SAP interfaces

STRATEGIC

1. Drive digital initiatives to automate the processes
2. To achieve organizational strategies while implementing new projects
3. Drive business intelligence strategy to achieve organizational goals

OPERATIONAL

1. Collaborate with the core committee to lead organizational digital transformation efforts. Implement digital strategies to enhance service, sales, and supply chain management.
2. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from inception to delivery and coordinate with business team and software vendor.
3. Oversee Application development, admin, and maintenance with sound knowledge of MVC, .net core asp.net., SQL, mobile tech incl Java, node/react JS.
4. Oversee SAP and non-SAP applications.
5. Ensure system performance meets SLA.
6. Evaluate software solutions and recommend cost-effective options.
7. Vendor management
8. To understand the business requirement for new development or change in existing application
9. To evaluate the efforts shared by vendor and negotiate to reduce the efforts wherever needed
10. To suggest workaround instead of new development
11. Responsible for the entire lifecycle of data, including its collection, storage, and dissemination.
12. Ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulation
13. Developing data strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.

OPERATIONAL Cont..

1. Implementing robust procedures for handling data securely and ethically.
2. Assigning responsibilities for data protection and prioritizing activities based on risk assessment.
3. Maintaining records of risk assessments and compliance audits.
4. Liaising with regulatory authorities and addressing DPDPA 2023-related matters.
