KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)

The key purpose of the job is to provide professional and timely trainings to Internal team and customers.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1    To conduct trainings for internal sales and service staff.
2    To conduct trainings for all customers (Franchisees, Distributors, OEMs, Architects, Designers etc)
3    To ensure adherence to the allocated training calendar
4    To maintain accurate training records and statistics
5    To support Reporting Manager with training initiatives 
 

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC

 1     To contribute towards training enhancement.

OPERATIONAL

1    To conduct product training for internal and external customers as per training calendar.
2    Collaborate with the product team on the new launches and have the related product details and training plan ready
3    Collaborate with Business managers and conduct periodic training need analysis and knowledge checks to understand gaps
4    To prepare the competition analysis and market visit report and submit it to Reporting Manager on monthly basis.
5    To ensure training reports are sent to Reporting Manager and Business managers after every training session.

•    Products Covered in the Trainings
•    Types of Trainings
•    Pending Trainings

 1    To develop relationships with internal and external customers.
 2    To assist Reporting Manager in various training initiatives and business requirements.

ROLE REQUIREMENT

1    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION    Graduate 
2    PREFERRED QUALIFICATION    B.E (Electronics or Electrical only)
3    CERTIFICATIONS ( IF ANY)    Train the trainer/Facilitation skills
4    EXPERIENCE    Upto 5 yrs of work experience in the Lighting industry (sales,designing or technical role) or
At least 3 years of experience as a product trainer/technical trainer in the lighting industry 
5    AGE    >28 Yrs
6    ADDITIONAL SKILLS:    Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Language – English ,Hindi (primary)
Malayalam or Tamil (added advantage)
