KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)

To develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility at the various market touchpoints. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional/Indirect purchase teams to create impactful POS marketing materials and campaigns.

KEY RESULT AREAS

1 Develop External and Internal Branding Templates for different types of Channel Partners and ensure timely execution of the same 2 Maintain and Update the External and Internal Branding at the different market touchpoints 3 Plan and Implement effective Point-of-Sale Marketing aligned with channel/customer schemes, important brand campaigns or new product launches 4 Manage Visual Merchandizing and POS Displays at Modern Trade Outlets together with the Sales Team and Promoters 5 Plan POS and Branding Budgets with different Business Stakeholders, manage effectively and monitor regularly

Create, Monitor and Update the Branding Policy for different channel Partners

Develop new ideas and plans for POS Marketing aligned with the various Business, Organizational and Brand Objectives

Create, Manage and Monitor the Branding and POS Budgets

OPERATIONAL

Work closely with internal and external design teams to create different Branding and POS designs and artworks
2
Work closely with Regional Marketing, Sales Teams and External Agencies for timely execution of all Branding and POS Marketing Projects

Follow processes for Approval of Branding and POS activations as per the defined Policy and SOP
4
Execute Scheme Promotions through POS activations together with Regional Marketing and Sales Teams
5
Manage, Monitor and Update Branding and POS visibility in Modern Trade Outlets
6
Coordinate with Execution agency for site recces, artwork finalization, implementation and reporting of various Branding and POS tasks

3-5 Years preferably on Apple Machines or Desktop
